How does one build up stamina froim exercising?

Consistency: The key to developing stamina is consistency. There are many exercise techniques and stamina depends on your specific goal. However the keys are usually a consistent combination of interval training, strength training, and resistance training. Personally, i suggest daily exercise with small breaks occurring after 2-3 weeks. Also, consider a 'real' coach.
