Small frequent meals: The larger the meal the more work your body has to do to digest it. Large meals result in consumption of calories your body will need to store as fat. Large meals create greater Insulin needs which promotes weight gain. Small frequent meals reduces hunger, improves metabolism and reduces Insulin demands. Keep the snacks healthy...Low in fat, sugar and starch.
