Tough Conception: Pcos means that the surfaces of your ovaries are a little thick. This may Prohibit them from releasing eggs (ovulating). There are a number of fixes. Most common is metformin, a medicine that will help your body respond to its own Insulin and in turn help your ovaries to ovulate. Usually mentrual cycles are disrupted with pcos and can be fixed with that medicine as well.
