what causes caffeine intolerance/sensitivity. if i accidentally drink it, i get dizzy, anxious, can't speak properly ect. is it a nervous system react?

Stimulant: Caffeine is a stmulant and if you avoid it a small amount can evoke a strong response--heavy users become tolerant and unresponsive--can drink a pot of coffee & go to sleep! you recognize it's effect on you--i guess the best would be to be careful to avoid it--might talk to your doc about a minor tranquilizer to keep in your pocket to counteract the effect when you inadvertently ingest some.
