Need lab and vitals: Whether your docs office or urgent care or er, you need to make sure your BP is stable esp when you stand up and does not drop. Also, need lab to check your sodium, potassium, bicarbonate, (sodium bicarbonate) and your kidney function. This is collectively called basic metabolic panel bmp.
