Genetics...: Although i cannot recall the exact name of this syndrome(most symptoms like this are usually associated with some type of genetic dysfunction/syndrome) but breaking it down to answer your post-small eyes, "petite" in height, and dislocation of multiple joints. Your physician; and a geneticist can help define this further.

Larson syndrome: A rare inherited disorder characterized by small eyes, short stature and multiple joint dislocations. Called larson syndrome or some thing close to that.
