elbowed in jaw, big knot/swollen, bruised, pain was so bad i was puking, hurts to talk or move at all...?

Ouch!!: The big knot is most likely a combination of blood and swelling. Take something for the discomfort and it should get better daily. I would see your dentist to be sure everything else is okay tooth wise. I would recommend a panoramic xray to rule out fracture or outright break.
