my husband had a colonoscopy done and the doctor said his left intestinal wall is swollen , there is something pushing it, he's 39 and cbc were great?

Not enough informati: But he could have inflammation ion the wall of the colon such as would be seen with diverticulitis or colitis or he could have extrinsic compression of the bowel wall from something external to the colon. Need to discuss with endoscopist and ask what the next diagnostic test or treatment is.

Need more info: Impossible to tell you with this little information. There are a few things this can be and not possible to help you without all the info.
Can be inflammation, an extrinsic mass from the abdomen, pelvic mass, etc ...
Definitely speak with your endoscopist about this and make sure it is addressed appropriately. Likely should discuss with a surgeon as well.

From out side colon: Any enlargement of an organ along the path of colon can cause extrensic pressure, his doctor will do additional tests like ct scan etc and even a diagnostic laporoscopy to find the cause like abscess cyst , some times retroperotonial tumors etc , speak to his doctor with your husband's permission who has more information than you gave.
