Bigger guns: Acne on the back usually requires both a systemic antibiotic (minocycline may work better for some folks) and a topical such as Clindamycin plus either benzoyl peroxide or a retinoic acid derivative. For deep cystic acne, the effective remedies can only be prescribed by a dermatologist.

Clarify: I am not sure what "recotaine" is. Is this isotretinoin, more commonly known as accutane? If you have been treated for 8 years without success then you need to see a dermatologist to assess what may be the best options for you.
