Possibly: If it "chipped" as you stated, odds are that there already was a cavity present and that undermined part of the tooth then you bit down on the wrong thing and either it broke it out or pulled out what was already damaged.Depending on the probable depth of the cavity will affect the possibility of pain but sometimes decay can enter the nerve and you may not have pain but can need a root canal.

Most likely it will.: It is never a good idea to ignore a "chipped tooth". Unlike bones and other tissues teeth never heal or repair themselves. It isost likely that the tooth will continue to break apart with eventual pain or worse (abscess). Keep it clean until you can see your dentist, but don't wait too long.

Possibly: Depends on why it cracked and how it cracked. See a dentist for a definitive diagnosis.

Menstrual pain: Severe pain should be evaluated by a gynecologist. Mild to moderate cramping can be relieved with NSAID meds like Ibuprofen or naproxen. Check out no-drug methods too like massage, exercise, and a new menstrual belt called ziivaa.

Several things: Start with gentle but regular aerobic exercise (walking, cycling, water exercise). Build up core strength (tummy and back muscles). Eliminate tobacco use. If such simple measures have been ineffective, consult your primary doctor or a spine physician.

Think flesh/muscles!: Think flesh/tissue and not bone/ligament/disc/nerves with chronic pain! begin a self-care with a wellness program of vits, magnesium glycinate, sleep hygiene, exercise, self massage, chiropractor, yoga, heat, epsom tub soaking, stretching all are needed. In my practice I use acupuncture and myofascial tissue release with trigger points w lidocaine.
