It is remmitable!: Sacroilitis occurs in the spondyloarthopathies. It is the most frquent and early manifestaion of spinal involvement. It is entirely remmitable with current drugs available. It is a common form of arthritis seen in a rheumatology practice. Some patients remit and go off of medication, but in most, it recurs.
