I have not had a period in two months and I notice a couple days ago that my breast are tender does that mean I will get a period? I got a negative pregnancy test

Not uncommon: This means that the breast are sensitive to estrogen in your system without the counterbalancing progesterone(probably why your periods are irregular) i would check another pregnancy test in a few days however.
