Different type: Oral and anal chlamydia will not show up on a urine test. Those have to be tested by directly swabbing the tissue involved.

Anal pap: Anal pap smears and direct pcr testing at the anus should be diagnostic. Regular pap, urine testing for chlamydia are also suggested.

Chlamydia no spread: Nope. It infects only certain tissues and does not migrate to other parts of the body.
