Multiple choice: The best treatment for an individual is often hard to predict. All of us respond to meds in a variety of ways & what works well for some may not do so for others. The non sedating antihistamines (loritadine & fexofenadine) are popular otc 1st line meds.Steroid nasal sprays help some. A variety of allergy eye drops are available otc or by prescription. You need to try them & see if they help.
