Yes and no: If you've had sex in the last few months and could be pregnant from that encounter, then yes. If the only sex was 5 days ago, then no---far too early.

Possibly: Yes there are some people who are so sensitive to pregnancy hormones that they can get pregnancy symptoms such as breast tenderness or nausea very early. That being said there are several reasons for throwing up besides pregnancy. Wait and see how you feel over the next 1-2 weeks.
