Gallbladder: What you describe could be something as simple as a muscle spasm but could also be pain associated with gallstones or inflammation/infection of gallbladder. If it is worse after eating something fatty or greasy, it most likely involves your gallbladder. If continues, see a doctor.

Pleurisy: Besides your gb, it could be coming from some process in or involving the covering of your right lung especially if this doesn't seem associated with food or eating. If you are on bc pills this could be from a blood clot on your lung, also. You need to see a dr. Soon-i would recommend an urgent care if you can't see your doctor soon. You probably need pulse ox to see o2 level, blood work, x-ray.
