No: Some women have hormone fluctuations with pregnancy that can lead to acne, but it is not a reliable sign.
Dr. Moises Perez

Probably Not: Acne is common in pregnancy and without being pregnant and is probably not a sign of pregnancy. Higher levels of androgens are at least partly responsible for pregnancy acne breakouts. Ask your doctor before taking any acne medication. A number of otc and prescription drugs help clear up acne, but some of the ingredients aren't safe for pregnant women or haven't been well studied in pregnancy.
