Due to chrohns: Susoect it's not the humoral but rather malabsorption due to chrohns.

The Vitamin B12 is absorbed in the terminal ileum and you may have lost that part of your intestine with the surgery. I agree it is not the Humira.

More likely: Deficiencies are related to your small bowel resections especially if the terminal ileum was removed.
