You would need...: something that contains magnesium, calcium and potassium to lower the blood pressure. Any standard multivitamin should have adequate amounts of these so don't go buying them individually - waste of $. For diabetes, cinnamon and chromium are helpful. Antioxidants like A, C, E, selenium and zinc.
