in what ways have you changed your diet habits or exercise and become a healthier person?

Many things: I personally have given up artificial sweeteners, and all artificial foods. I have also made some simple changes in terms of food approach. Instead of taking foods away, i focus on adding at least 5 servings of veggies a day with some fruit. I also make myself do some exercise daily. If i don't feel like doing it, i make myself do at least 10 minutes because i always have 10 minutes.
