back hurst like nothing i ever felt, is there a chance i have spinal tumor.?

Back pain is common: Back pain is a common problem and mostly related to a slip disc or injury you need MRI of back to determine why you have it and you must see a good doctor. A tumor is not impossible but a rare cause of presenting as back pain.
