What do you mean?: If by "sexual stamina" you mean overcoming premature ejaculation or otherwise learning to delay orgasm, it's the wrong approach. Manage premature ejaculation with a condom, a dab of anesthetic cream on the glans, a low dose of a ssri from your physician, or the squeeze technique (best). To delay ejaculation, practice "edging" (read about it) with a partner.
