Depends on age: If recognized in the newborn period, a ts patient is evaluated for any of the problems that can be hard to detect but cause real problems later like kidney or heart problems. As the enter school they may require some learning assistance. Before the age when puberty generally starts, they may need growth hormone & or female hormones to grow & develop .As adults, they need life skills help & counseli.
