No, but: A man can't be pregnant, so it follows that whatever he feels is not a pregnancy symptom. Do you mean a 'sympathetic' sort symptom with his wife? Interesting question, i've not heard of that.

Yes, in some cultures, men experience couvade, which is an experience of pregnancy symptoms.
