Dermatitis: Seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, or contact dermatitis from a hair product. All would benefit from a topical steroid solution and possibly a change in your scalp care. Start simply: use a zinc based shampoo as a shampoo and upper body wash, if it improves then its likely seb derm. If not, see a dermatologist.
