what cause me to get a cyst on my left ovary before it happen this year of march last year in august i had my left fallopain tube removed because i had a tuba pregnancy?

Cyst formation: Even though they took the fallopian tube it sounds like they left the ovary in place. Forming a cyst is part of normal ovulation although sometimes they will increase in size to the point that they are uncomfortable. This should resolve and if not see your doctor if it becomes painful.
