Yes: Smokers generally lose the tiny sensor fibers in their nose that detect the smoky odor that hangs in your hair or on your clothes.Stop for 5 days & they regrow & you will smell it. That lingering smell will irritate babies respiratory system & double the URI /ear infection rate of an infant.It has also been linked to crib death. Over time, the kid will decide it's neat to smoke & become a smoker.
