Prevacid (lansoprazole): This combination is called a prevpac (lansoprazole amoxicillin and clarithromycin). Each "pack" contains 2 capsules of lansoprazole, 2 capsules of Clarithromycin and 4 capsules of amoxicillin. The dose is one pack divided into 2 daily doses for 2 weeks. It is used to treat h. Pylori induced gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Triple therapy: This is generally used as a treatment to eradicate the bacteria associated with peptic ulcers as well as to calm down the ulcers effects. The dosage of each would depend on factors derived from a persons medical history, age, exam and other medical conditions.
