We don't treat HT !: The best way is to maintain good thyroid function by adequate thyroid replacement if necessary. Many can have elevated abs for years, & have normal for yrs. Psoriatic arthritis is associated with thyroiditis, but the arthritis sx cannot fully be explained by thyoiditis. Fibromyalgia is always listed in the differential dx, and depressive sx can occur. Flares cause an uptick, so values change.

Rheumatologist: Sounds like it is time for a visit to a rheumatologist. Many times a course of steroids can help but long term treatment is needed.
