Focus on nutrition: Focus on nutrition instead of the scale. Most women will gain weight due to fluid retention but many gain too much from over eating. Are you eating a healthy diet and exercising daily? If so, the lack of weight gain is not important. Your baby appreciates your healthy lifestyle. A pregnant woman only needs about 300 calories more per day in the third trimester.

As long: As you are eating a well rounded diet, and your baby is measuring appropriately, dont worry.
