Yes , can happen: Especially on the low dose pills, because you may not build up enough tissue to get a period which is fine if you are on the pill, but you should check a preg test to prove you are not preg and then you will know u are not pg and I have many of my patients take the pill without any placebo pills so they will not get a period which is fine to fdo.

Sometimes: Especially in low dose pills. Ok if your doctor determines no hormonal or other problem.
