Depends: Any form of smoking may produce benzene derivatives, which are cacerogens. However, there are studies which estimate that cannabis smokers have less incidence of lung cancer than both cigarette smokers and non-smokers. My advice would be not to smoke, period. If you use cannabis as a legal treatment, there are other formulations available besides smoking; sativex, marinol, etc.
