Maternal-Fetal Medicine 26 years experience
Cesarean section!: 80% of all us twins are estimated to be born via c-section nowadays. If additional factors such as uterine anomalies are present then the risks of trial of labor increase even further and a prelabor c-section by 36-38 weeks may be preferable. Discuss these issues with your maternal-fetal medicine specialist in detail to choose the best option for your family. Vaginal delivery may be possible.
