It grows: Glioma is a primary brain cancer. It increases in size ( volume) over time' it can be multifocal.... What is the grade?
Surgery, radiation with or without chemo is classic the treatment....

Yes: Low grade gliomas generally do not spread. High grade tumors such as glioblastoma frequently spread locally in the brain. They occur in other parts of the brain about 10% of the time. It is very rare to see a glioma spread to other parts of the body.
