Headaches: Which part of the head is involved—front, sides, back, sinus areas? If back of head & neck hurt, may be due to stress & muscle spasm. Stretching exercises & moist heat for neck & shoulders can help; take breaks to relieve stress. Nsaids/tylenol can help pain. Therapeutic massage can be stress reliever, too. If not improved, see doc for evaluation.
