I have anal fissures since long I have tried everything bath, 2%, fibre but it's still there. I also have fungal infection due to it. What to do?

Try Miralax (polyethylene glycol).: Miralax (polyethylene glycol) laxative powder is non habit forming and otc. 1 capful with any beverage daily may help with your regularity along with your fiber in your diet/fluids. 4 or more servings of fruits/veggies can help. Make sure you stool is soft and not hard, pellet like or large caliber. Neosporin ointment in the anal area 2 times dialy may improve you situation too.
