how is a post micturition residual determined?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Howard Tay
30 years experience Urology
Post void residual: It can be measured using an ultrasound device that scans your bladder with moving a probe over your pubic area or a catheter is inserted and the amount of urine drained is measured.
