Just cleanse & dry..: Since smegma is the end products of shedded debris of squamous cells between clitoris and its hood like that in male's glans penis and foreskin. Usually, just gently clean and dry there on regular basis. There is no drug to stop its formation, which comes with widely varying pace among individuals.
