Paleo diet/low carb: Best way to improve fatigue, cholesterol, and weight is by stopping high carb foods (grains, lentils, potatoes based items). Also avoid milk protein since it causes inflammation and fatigue.
Low carb foods: eggs, fish, meats, vegetables, avocados, saturated fat (butter, coconut oil), olive oil are very effective. Take vitD3 10,000 IU/day.
