Possibly: A ct scan may show colon or stomach cancer, but it is not the best test to diagnose these conditions. The best tests are direct viewing through and endoscopy or colonoscopy, with the biopsying of any suspicious tissue seen.

Not typically: The blood work in your situation could show anemia, which still requires further tests. A large colon mass or stomach mass could be seen on a study for kidney stone, but it is unlikely. Ct scans are good at looking at parts of the body that are more solid and less tube like. Endoscopy is still better for all of these situation.
