what is the easiest and fastest way to lose belly fat?

Lose weight: It is difficult to target your stomach for weight loss. General weight loss will reduce your belly fat. Lessen your intake volume in general and your sugar and starch intake specifically. That's sugar, regular soda, bread, pasta, potatoes and rice. Exercise is good, but intake is most of the battle.

No fast - No easy.: You need to lose weight in general & a certain % will be abdominal fat. Eat healthfully & be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge & “bicycling” exercise on your back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise.
