Many causes: There are many causes of headaches, including muscle tension (particularly in the neck and shoulders) and eye strain. Perhaps the most common cause of headaches is dehydration; try drinking plenty of water during the day to see if this helps. There are other more serious causes of chronic headaches; best to check in with your doc if this persists. Take magnesium supplement at night 400mg.

Can be many reasons: Headaches can be a symptom caused by many different factors and conditions. Your body is speaking to you. Listen. If it was self limiting and went away you could forget about it. Since it is not, go to your doctor and let a trained professional evaluate your symptom and treat it while it is simple and not wait until it becomes more complicated.
