Eat wild salmon: It is far healthier to consume omega-3s from a natural source such as wild salmon than from fish oil or synthetic forms. The question is why are you taking this supplement in the first place? To reduce cholesterol? Anti-inflammatory? Anti-coagulant? Brain health? Whatever the reason, wild pacific salmon is still preferable. Don't buy into the hype that the pills are nearly as beneficial.
