Losing Weight: Here is the skinny: 1. Avoid fads. It is truly about calories and the foods you ingest and the amount of energy you burn during the day. 2. Eat more protein and less sugars. 3. Eat several small snacks per day instead of three big meals. 4. Moderate exercise is more valid for losing weight than extreme exercise. This means a heart rate of 115 to 130 bpm. 5. Be accountable to someone!
