Depends on where: Depending on where in the chestwall an infection is, the symptoms will be different. Symptoms also depend on how big and how bad the infection is. A small boil in the skin would look like a reddened pimple that hurts when pressed. A deeper infection may feel like heat, pain, firmness, swelling, fever, etc... Unusual symptoms should be checked by a doctor, as deeper infections may not be obvious.
