Implantation bleeds: Early pregnancy symptoms include sudden fatigue/drowsiness, breast tenderness or fullness, nausea or queasiness, no normal menstrual bleeding. There can be brief light bleeding from implantation. If a woman thinks she might be pregnant, she can do a home test or see a physician or other provider to find out if she is or not.
