TMJ dysfunction: I recommend seeing an oral surgeon,
if this is TMJ dysfunction, it should get better with ibuprofen, soft diet, warm compresses, and massage.
You may need a bite splint.
If this involves your ear, see an otologist and have a hearing test performed.
