Panic: Anxiety can present with apprehension along with physical symptoms. Start with your pcp who would perform thorough exam & order labs to rule out organic attributes, then refer you to psychiatry for specific treatment.

Nothing: What you have sounds like a classic panic attack and chest pain is a common symptom. As you are young, it may be wise for you to avoid medications which help over 90% of the time, but which stop working 90% of the time when one stops the medications. The best advice is to not do anything and wait for the anxiety to pass, and it will. Continue to not react at all to the anxiety and it will go away.
