Menopause: As estrogen levels decline, the side effects include hot flashes, sweats, vaginal dryness, insomnia, low libido, weight gain, hair loss, wrinkles, osteoporosis, and more. At your age (29) estrogen loss would be unusual. Starting at age 35, it starts to happen for some women, by 60, just about all women have this problem. Bioidentical hormones can help a great deal.
