A 61-year-old female asked:
is there any substitution for use of abilify (aripiprazole)?

Yes: Abilify (aripiprazole) is a third-generation antipsychotic medication. In addition to being prescribed for symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions, it can also be used to augment antidepressant response. Depending on the purpose your physician intended for it, other medications might be substituted -- but you would need to speak with him or her about this.
